If you are a patient with a disability or are a carer of someone with a physical or mental illness, our NHS registered home visiting service can help you or your loved one to gain access to the highest standard of optical care from the comfort of your own home. Bringing the latest portable equipment and technology, as well as a range of glasses for your own complementary style consultation, we can bring the professionalism and expertise of a qualified optometrist straight to your doorstep.

What to expect on the day of the home visit

Our Vision Clinic optometrists are committed to providing the highest level of customer service and patient care, both inside and outside of our Denton Burn premises. Our home visit service is friendly and relaxed. Here is what you can expect:

• The optometrist will take the time to discuss your general health, medical history and any visual problems you may be experiencing.
• We will do an in-depth examination of your vision and the overall health of your eyes, offering a GP referral if required.
• We will provide a selection of frames tailored to your tastes and offer a simple ordering service and fitting appointment if necessary.
