What a great experience staff were super freindly there was no rush with my test the personal touch compared to places like specsavers is the reason I tried Vision clinic as recommended by family id highly recommend using Vision clinic Sushman the optician is a lovely lady very thougher at her job (thank you ) this is my new go to place for my vision needs try this shop at least once you won't be disappointed. 😎

I can't recommend this practice highly enough. I only needed a repair this time (one I thought would be impossible!) and they have done it immediately and probably improved on the oirginal glasses as well!! Couldn't be happier with the service and they're so nice as well.

My first time here at vision clinic and the reviews I read prior to booking an eye examination were not wrong in their 5 star ratings . My first impressions were of a very friendly environment and very polite professional staff . My eye examination was very well conducted and carried out with plenty information listened to and given about test and i felt at ease during tests .
I have purchased new spectacles for driving and hopefully can get new lenses fitted to my old folding reading glasses if possible .
Another point to mention is that you can have a eye test on a Saturday when booked prior , my old optician failed to contact me after they said they would , shame on you Hb opticians Darras hall ponteland ! Your loss vision clinic gain.
I’ve been to pick up my new glasses a new pair with frames for distance and new lenses for my folding reading glasses good communication with staff on progress with arrival times of new glasses , a little bit disrupted due to issue with coating on one of the lenses from specialist ( not vision cares fault ) hopefully just a one off , lovely staff and very helpful , plus for me they have a late night through week so you can have appointment which many other places do not do ! ( excellent )

10000000% recommend! I have suffered with MGD/dry eyes for just over 2 years and it affected every aspect of my life. I was no longer able to wear contact lenses, apply makeup, swim or take part in my usual activities. Working became an issue as my job is computer based and it took a toll on my social life.
After doing my research and trying every remedy possible I came across Vision Clinic who offer IPL. I have had only 2 sessions of IPL on my eyes and I can’t put into words how much difference it has made! I have been able to wear contact lenses for the first time in 2 years and apply eye makeup. My eyes don’t feel gritty which means I haven’t felt the need to rub or bathe them. I dare say my eyes feel normal for the first time in what feels like forever.
I still can’t believe such a simple, quick and pain free procedure has helped me in ways I didn’t think it could, if you are considering IPL I would definitely recommend!
